Passed this fountain on our adventurous way to Mercado 28 and almost missed it due to the insane traffic around it! Attempting to cross the street there without getting run over was a definitely a challenge? However, this part of town was very interesting and certainly more authentic than the hotel zone, and the fountain was pretty.
